Do your apps have any pop-up adverts or in-app purchases?

There are in-app purchases in Tom Renwick’s Numeracy Map, there are no in-app purchases in Hippotrix apps. With Tom Renwick’s app it made a lot of sense for users to be able see exactly how the numeracy map worked before you buy. There are no pop up adverts. We believe children’s safety is paramount in all our apps.

FAQ based on iTunes 11.0.4 & iPad v6.1.3

My child accidentally deleted your app. How can I get it back?

It is fairly easy to get your app back

  • You will need to be in wi-fi range for this.
  • Open “App Store” app on your iPad.
  • Tap on the Purchased button at the bottom (if you are on an iPhone tap “Updates” first)
  • Tap the ‘Not On This iPad’ tab at the top of the screen. That will give you a complete listing of all your apps not currently installed.
  • Tap the download symbol next to the Hippo Seasons icon – it’s next to the app name with an arrow in

And this should do the trick

The app isn't making any sound on my iPad

You might have the volume turned down, this control is located on the long side of your iPad
